Rockabilly
Rockabilly is a very special training horse for me. He came to my stable in as a mid 5 year old. From the very first time I rode him I felt that this horse is a very talented and gifted horse in every aspect. Rockabilly, known in our stable as Rocka, qualified himself for the Bundeschampionat of German dressage horses at the age of 5 years old and at the age of 6 years old. From then on the stallion journey went steeply uphill. At the age of 7 years he was already able to achieve top placings in the first entries at advanced level. In 2018, during our last show season together, we were able to win all advanced level dressage competitions. Rockabilly contributed significantly to my golden riding badge. At the end of 2018, we were both able to go one step further. This was followed by entries at advanced (S***) level, which meant new territory for both Rocka and myself. All our entries at this level were crowned with success. The highlight of our time together was certainly our last entry together. We were able to win a short Grand Prix in Ankum. After that Rockabilly was sold to a very successful, internationally competing rider from Austria, who among other things has successfully participated in Olympic Games. Also, under his new rider Rockabilly shows that he is a real exemplary student. With her he has now reached the top of the dressage sport. Rocka's career makes me especially proud as rider and trainer of this horse.
Dopamin
The Don Romantic son Dopamin came from the field to my stable as a 2-year-old gelding. After we had broken in him at the age of 3, I at first did not think that we would have a long-term career together. In a short time, however, Dopamin developed better and better, so that he already won dressage horse tests at his first competitions. At the age of 5 years he qualified for the LVM-Championat and was rewarded with the 2nd place in the final, hosted at the K and K Cup in Halle Münsterland! At the age of 6 years Dopamin's winning streak didn't stop: he was successful in every medium level dressage class and even won some of them. At the beginning of the age of 7 he was able to win his first M** show. The same applies to his first test in the advanced class. In the course of the 2019 show season Dopamin proved that he is a real ribbon pony. He was able to win several S-dressage classes with over 72%. It makes me very proud to own this only 8-year-old horse and to be able to train him further. I am looking forward to a hopefully successful future.
Quinn
The quarterback's son, Quinn, came into my stable at four years old. What impressed me about Quinn was his consistency and work ethic. Already at the age of 4 he could win many young horse tests and development tests. This work ethic combined with a very good base quality were rewarded at the age of 4 years with the participation at the Bundeschampionat of German dressage horses. In the following years he was trained in line with his age and in 2019 he was victorious several times in elementary and medium class dressage tests for young horses! After nearly S-dressage training we parted ways at the end of 2019, because the owners decided to sell Quinn successfully!
Scooby
Showstar is one of my most successful show horses. Although he was not shown much in public at tournaments when he was young, he has made up for the lack of routine and experience in a very short time. The now 11-year-old Showtime- offspring had his first tournament Season in 2018. Within a few months of training together, he made the leap into the advanced class. This enormous and above all rapid development of the gelding is remarkable. He was able to directly win his first proper test at S level. Over the winter, Showstar became more and more confident and was able to win 12 further tests at S* and S** level in the following show season. Highlights here were 3 wins with up to almost 74% at the Norderney Beachside Classics. In addition, I was able to score my first international successes with Showstar at the tournament in Cappeln. All in all, he has achieved 23 placements and victories at S level in his athletic career. We all hope that the next years will not be any less successful with this great and likeable horse.
